Sodexo is our parent company and since 2nd November 2015 all recruitment is being managed through the Sodexo PeopleCentre. If you are interested in working for BeNCH CRC all vacancies will be advertised on the Probation Services section of the jobs search pages on Sodexo’s website.
During November and December 2015, BeNCH is moving to new offices throughout the towns we serve. We are opening our Hub in Huntingdon, Cambs and this will house all administrative functions and corporate services. We will also open a number of new Local Management Centres and Neighbourhood Centres throughout Beds, Northants, Cambs and Herts during this period.

Most colleagues work during normal office hours. Some colleagues work at other times to accommodate the needs of Service Users who are employed or have other commitments – this applies especially to Community Payback and Accredited Programmes.
There are a number of opportunities to become a volunteer Mentor across the BeNCH CRC area. Many people find this attractive as a way of gaining useful experience or simply wanting to give some support to Service Users as a way of making a contribution to their local communities. Amongst the possibilities are:
Our partners - a number of our partners (see What we do page) use volunteer mentors and would welcome a phone call if you are interested. Please remember not all of our partners will be looking for mentors all the time. If you have a criminal record, please do not let this put you off getting in touch.
Circles of Support – our colleagues in the National Probation Service (NPS) organise Circles of Support and Accountability through much of the East of England. This is for Service Users who have been convicted of sexual offences and are being managed by the NPS. Prospective volunteers are welcome to contact Annabel Francis by calling 01437 747074 or via email email@example.com
